Returns and Exchanges

Are returns accepted?
 
Non personalized item returns are accepted up to 30 days from the order date. Items must be undamaged and in their original condition. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be provided to the original payment method. 

Please note that personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any product that has been customized with a name, monogram, or other personalization.

How do I return an item?
 
To start a return, contact us at support@nominalbrand.com. If you are eligible to return your item we will email you a prepaid return label.
 
Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Exchanges
 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 
Refunds
 
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your account. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@nominalbrand.com.
